Return Policy
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Contact End Mill Discount for return authorization before sending any product back.
For credit to be issued, returned items must generally be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original container or packaging. Returns are subject to approval, a 25% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping. Special-order, custom, modified, or used tools may not be returnable.
Shipping Information
In-stock merchandise normally ships within 1 to 3 business days after order placement. Time in transit is additional.
XL tools and items not currently in stock may require up to 1 week of processing time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico may require up to 2 weeks in transit. International orders may take longer.
Customs clearance costs, duties, taxes, or import charges, if incurred, are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid in the destination country. End Mill Discount is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or merchandise held by customs officials.
